I absolutely love Dr Ross and her staff! They always return my calls when I leave messages and a right on the ball when I have an issue! I do not have any complaints!
Dr. Ross has been my primary for approximately 15 years. She is the only doctor who makes the extra effort to find out what is going on with me when I’m having a problem and she finds the answer. I have never had a better doctor in all of my 77 years. I’m very grateful to her and her staff. They have always been polite and helpful.
Dr. Ross has been my primary physician for at least 10 years. She has been the one doctor who was able to correctly diagnose my conditions when even some specialists were almost useless. She takes the necessary time with her patients and is very detailed. I am very thankful to Dr. Ross. She is exceptional!

Great Doctor. Best I've ever had. Down to earth, very detailed, caring, thoughtful. Genuine quality character. I'm very grateful to have her as my doctor.
Dr.Ross is a good doctor but her office staff.... Erica, Sharon and NP Debora are ignorant, judgemental and extremely unprofessional. After being spoken to rudely multiple times, my husband and I still stuck around for Dr. Ross's sake but no more. The staff is very disrespectful.
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The doctor never gives a physical and she has her dog in the room.She,screams at patients.
