Despicable Business Person! – It's not often you run across someone who has developed such a bad reputation that strangers seem to know about them! Such is the story for Lynne Cauley Real Estate and Management Co. in Gardnerville, Nevada. On three separate occasions, the conversation centered around people in real estate who had been disreputable in one regard or another. Great Management Company!!!! – These negative reviews crack me up! I have rented from them on two separate occasions and I have never had a problem with them. They have a huge inventory of homes and worked with me both times to find exactly what I was looking for. They never bothered me or showed up unenexpectedly like some of the others have claimed. BEWARE OF LYNNE CAULEY REAL ESTATE!!! – My husband and I just moved out 1 month ago from a home we rented from Lynne Cauley Real Estate for 3 years. As all the other bad reviews have stated the exact same things happened to us. Please! we can only WARN people to BEWARE of the shady dealings of Lynne Cauley Reality on you getting your full deposit back when you move out. They WILL rip you off!! – My husband and I rented a home from Lynne Cauley Real Estate about 8 years ago. Admittedly, we were naive in the way we handled our interaction with this company...unfortunately (or fortunately) they taught us alot. Our first clue that there was a problem with their business practice should have been that they did not do the initial walk through with us. The Worst!!!!! – This agency is not responsive. Allows owners to break laws --shows up without proper notice, comes into house when we were out of town, went through my personal mail in the mail box on a regular basis and then quizzed us about who was receiving mail at the house (violation of federal laws), complaining to the manager did no good--they refused to do anything about it. This went on for two years. We made agreements as condition of move in on improvements that needed to be made to the property--but they did not... read more
Gooood rental agency! – The other lady is full of it. These people are wonderfull to rent through. They give u a five day grace period on ur rent and "forget" to charge you a late fee if you pay it the 6th instead of the 5th I have never had a problem with them they fixed the door trim which is a "luxury item" in less than 3 days and they also fixed the toilet which worked perfect jus a lil loud. I love renting through lynne cauley I perfer them over any1 else
Worst people to rent threw – these people are only out for the money, the minute you go threw a life change such as a illness, divorce, job loss what have you, expect to get eviction notices on the 2nd of each month!!!! it does not matter that you paid all of the rent the previous month it does not matter if you are staying current, they wont want you in there clients home! they will tell you something and then tell you they never said that! they will take there time to fix anything that happens to break or go wrong, and if ... read more
