I have mold spores inside windows. I have ask to get fixed twice they tell me not in there budget.On the lease page two that the owner will fix going on two years now not fixed!

Don't pound any nails in your walls they will charge you when you leave. You can also hear everything in the next apartment. To expensive they keep raising the rent every year plus $70 for a garage that is not connected to the apt.
Noise constantly people wake up early to spend time in the lobby and gossip they know what time you come in you go out where you shop and what they don’t know they invent. Management changes often One lady talking to herself, another one cursing constantly if you like living that way then go for it!!!
