I've been renting through Lynes for 1.5 years. Everything is easy! They use a web site for you to make payments and request maintenance. Response rate is excellent! They also are proactive in alerting renters to unusual weather conditions and seasonal changes. Something I really appreciate as I am new to Savannah!
Rented for almost two years - responsive to concerns and very helpful with any property issues! They were also willing to work with us on the lease as our new home was behind schedule - that was especially helpful.
I could not be happier being a tenant with Lynes. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and extremely nice and personable - which is hard to find with most property management groups being large corporations. 10/10
Amazing communication and assistance in resigning!!
Ellen and Jan were a blessing to us finding us a great person to rent our house for the past 11 years. We can't say enough about how great they are managing property. Thank you!
