I've been going to this vet for 25 years. I called today and needed an emergency appt for my dog as he was crying and in pain. I was told they were booked for emergency appt until 8/22/20? I called everywhere and no one was seeing new patients. I even went to the Dewitt animal hospital. I called back and spoke with Genevieve, I was crying and upset explaining that my dog was in pain and I couldn't find a place that would see him. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Very friendly staff and so good with my cat. I went to another vet for years and it was finally time for a change. I made a great call going to Lyncourt!
Called today to see if I could get my dog who has been having seizures in to be seen and was immediately told “we’re not taking new patients.” I’ve been to this vet before a few times and am appalled they’d refuse treatment to a sick animal. You should be ashamed of yourselves, my dog will not give you Covid-19. Will absolutely never be returning to this place.
Very friendly staff and accommodating to my schedule. Dr."s are very knowledgeable and explained things to me so that I understood the issues that my fur baby was having.
