Excellent and friendly service and top-notch dental care!
Firstly, I think that the front desk secretary (Amanda I believe) was fantastic- warm, welcoming, had a sense of humor and great at explaining my insurance options. Secondly, my hygienist Olga was an absolute gem. Not only did she do a great job of explaining dental care instructions, she was really patient and a kind listener to all of my neurotic paranoia's. My time with Dr. Lynch was brief, but still very positive. I would recommend this tight-knit dentist office to anyone in the area!
All staff members were great and very accmodating. I was cold and they gave me a blanket. I did, however, have to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment. I did not have to be at another place that day, so it all worked out. Had I scheduled another commitment that day, I would have been late.
As usual a good experience with Katherine and Dr. Lynch.
I was referred to Lynch by a friend after years of dissatisfaction with a variety of dentists. After 25 years with the Lynch family practice I continue to be extremely happy with all aspects of their center. It is highly professional as well as charmingly personal.
Amanda is pleasant and professional at the desk. Julie is wonderful cleaning my teeth.
Rileys teeth hurt and they were able to squeeze in an appointment, hence the short wait. We greatly appreciate it :)
The front desk clerk was unprofessional and rude. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked the front desk clerk about the status of the appointment, her response had a rude, nasty, and unprofessional tone. Minutes later we were escorted to the exam room. The staff members that escorted us to the exam room were professional and polite. Our encounter with the doctor was professional, engaging, and informative.
No suggestions for improvement. Lynch Dental is a 10/10.
