You would think Individuals who work in sales would be much more persistent and willing to explore every avenue before allowing a customer to walk away. Though the representative I was conversing with was polite, when it got done to the numbers and my dissatisfaction, I explained that I was not satisfied with the offer. Instead of negotiating, they allowed me to walk.
