Has been in regular contact with me on updates.
While we quickly received a response, once we informed them that we would not be trading in a vehicle and were paying cash, the representative's attitude changed significantly. We received a proposal, which was withdrawn immediately as it apparently had been sent in error and because the dealer would not have been able to make money on the sale. Instead, they resent to us a full price proposal, which would have been fine if the representative would have been upfront with us about the pricing to begin with.

When we sent the correct proposal, our General Sales Manager asked you to reach out to him so he could explain what happened. He hasn't heard from you and we don't have a phone number for you. We went to the lot to see the Dodge Caravan and no one came to speak to us.

I asked if they would consider discussing the price on the 2011 Suburban I inquired on since I was listed 2500.00 over fair value and he flat out said no, that they are in an aggressive buyers market and they will get asking price... So we were done! I was set to pay cash for a fair price on a nice vehicle or at least a large amount down.
