Met with AJ. He was kind and not pushy. Vehicle was not what I had hoped, but I'd definitely go back to test drive another vehicle if it's more of what I'm looking for.

Very helpful and in the end drove an hour and bought the vehicle instead of from one of the biggest dealers in Wisconsin, that pretty much has a store on every corner in my area.

They contacted us but I explained that we were looking locally first-- ended up doing just that. Bought a car from nearby dealer not on CarGurus.

Visited the dealership. Was not able to take an on-road test drive because of their policy and insurance for this type of vehicle. With an auto report suppled by them, I was able to judge the quality of the car. I purchased the car from them. On their final inspection, they changed the oil and found the back brakes were not up to their standards. They replaced the rotors on the back breaks. I negotiated a price on the car and drove 2 hours to pick it up. Test drove the car to find out it was a smokers car. I shouldn’t have had to ask that question. Lesson learned I guess.

Friendly people! Very prompt and thorough responses, but after I found some issues with the vehicle on my test drive, they came back with, “if you BUY this BROKEN CAR, we PROMISE to fix it.” Nonsense. You’ve got that backwards, guys. Fix the problems, THEN put the car up for sale.
