My entire experience at Lynch was a joke. I ad an appointment and they triple booked the sales guy I was to be working with. The entire day seemed was as unorganized as I’ve ever seen. All people I dealt with were friendly but it seemed like the first day on the job for many of them. I drove a great distance to get there and was very adamant I was gonna purchase a truck and they did just about everything to drive me away.
Nice dealer, called twice to talk about their vehicle.
They made buying my truck easy. Helpful & down time earth employees, I would recommend them.

Made an appointment and was going to drive 3 hours to buy, and they asked me to delay. Because they scheduled and sold half hour before my appointment. They knew I was coming down pre-approved. I get that I didn't put money down to hold it. But they then send me other "options" I might be interested in. I was looking for 2018 Ram 2500..... they send me 2010 F-150. That sealed the door for them.
they contacted me right away, I will be staying in contact with them, because I am going to buy a Canyon Denali in the spring, and I am eighty percent sure that I will be buying it from Lynch in West Bend Wi .
They were extremely helpful and flexible. Did not waste my time, did not scamper off to talk to managers, did not try to up sell on everything
