The staff in the Boca office are extremely rude. Small waiting room with only three actual chairs. They won't permit family members into the treatment room only the patient. So you won't be able to see what they are doing to your loved one. Unacceptable! There are other companies in Boca and Delray that provide the same service that will treat you with kindness. Stay away from Lyhmpha RX.
First let me say all the therapist I dealt with, (Dana, Randi and Victoria) were great. They dealt with my frustration pretty well. The owner Pam, I had some issues with, I give the benefit of the doubt she was looking out for my health. The reason for the middle review is I felt the sense of urgency was lacking from everybody involved with my care was lacking. As a person who works in surgery and recently came out of a varicose vein phlebectomy with a major complications: subdural hematoma and a blood clot and enough pain to require morphine, Lymphatx Inc wrapped my leg in their specialized lymphatic wrap, think compression stocking with a fur lining, that had me off the pain killers, decreased bruising, able to get up and walk around. I couldn't recommend this company more and wonder why more surgeons don't do the same, especially right after surgery.
