We worked with Lyle buying this property and when it came time to sell I knew he was the only one I was going to ask with this process. Lyle is very thorough, knowledgeable and explains things in a way to get things done quickly. Lyle is a very experience realtor. He went above and beyond during the process. He knew all the right contacts which helped us stage our home and make minor repairs. We actually sold our home in one day. Lyle has great communication and held our hand throughout the process. This is the 4th home I have sold and Lyle has been the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Lyle looked at 18 homes with us over an 18 month period. We were looking for that special home in the country and it took awhile. That did not deter Lyle! He promptly took our phone calls, always greeted us with a smile and looked at everything we asked to see. He also listed our home, giving us an accurate market value which helped our home to sell in less than a week. If you want someone to represent you who is honest and trustworthy then Lyle is the real estate agent for you! He’s the best!!

Great to work with - Lyle is very responsive, flexible, and provides helpful input. He was always fast with setting up showings and writing up offers, which is important in a competitive market. Ultimately he helped me come up with an offer on the house I purchased, provided references for contractors, and guided me through the closing process. Absolutely recommend.

We met Lyle at an open house and he helped us purchase our first home in 2016. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us who had never been through the home buying experience before.
