We have had 3 experiences with Lyla. All were great experiences. The most recent transaction was to repair my Wedding/Engagement Rings. Just picked them up today, and my rings look better then the day I got them. We have been married 46 years and I wore my rings every day, the gold was worn out, some prongs were missing, i needed my rings to be re-sized. The diamonds had lost its original brilliance. Very good customer service. They matched a 10% discount because the store that I bought a lifetime warranty from no longer does Skagen watches because they said that they are too delicate. The employees took care of me with respect and very professional service. They even fixed a watch for me and had it done early. Very impressed.

Lylas created the most beautiful necklace and earring for my daughters wedding. They set each diamond separately and it’s just stunning.
