My experience with Lydell Motors was positive. Mark and his team made me feel comfortable and confident that they would work on my car until they found the issue, which they did. The work was completed promptly, and I'm pleased with the outcome. I will certainly use them again if needed again.
I worked with Lydell to install new tires purchased through Tire Rack. They were extremely friendly and scheduling an appointment was easy, but unfortunately one of my tires was installed incorrectly (the inside was facing outward). They apologized and corrected the problem promptly, but I was disappointed that there was no quality control check - if I didn't look it would have been missed and it may have been unsafe to drive. Mark and his team are highly professional. They communicate well, do expert work, are reasonably priced, and don't leave me feeling like I need a shower after I leave (no pushy upsells or fear tactics). I would highly recommend him as an alternative to the manufacturer service centers.
