Long wait time at the office, hard to get through their phone line. When we leave, they charged $30 for medical records for each child. We were only there for 4 years. And the medical record is mainly vaccine data.

Hand's down the best pediatrician in the South Bay. Both my daughters have seen Dr. Ly Nguyen since birth and I am so grateful for his high level of care. Every visit he does a thorough examination and truly takes the time to talk to me and makes sure all of my questions are answered. I have never felt rushed or judged by him or his wonderful staff. Highly recommend him for your kiddos.
Dr. Nguyen has been my son's doctor since he was 1 years, my son now 18. Absolutely the best, caring, gentle and so kind. We will miss him.
I love Dr. Nguyen. He’s always very patient and thorough.
