A waste of a very painful year waiting for their office to properly execute the doctors orders. Which is a shame because the doctor was excellent. Rude and unprofessional staff otherwise.
Completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. They gave me misinformation about insurance coverage and my insurance provider couldn't even get a hold of them. When someone from my insurance called, they hung up on them. They told me that I needed to prove I had 6 weeks of chiropractic treatment before insurance would cover an MRI. They even asked for my chiropractor's phone number. As far as I know, there has been no attempts at getting those records from my chiropractor. Avoid.
The doctors narrative in my file was completely falsified, with “patient stated” statements that are entirely untrue, and all of the statements I did make omitted. I was referred to this practice by my ortho at St Luke’s because they thought Physiatry would be more beneficial for me. To be dismissed with zero follow up, a referral for a doctor I genuinely don’t understand why I’m seeing, and have a provider blatantly make information up is appalling.
The staff here is amazing. My first appointment the whole network was down and patients were furious, but the staff up front did their best to keep everything calm and professional as theres nothing they are able to do about it. When I went back they were able to get my MRI and get me scheduled and taken care of. Dr. Ly and Dr. Catnaldo were both precise, to the point and answered any questions I had, as this is a new injury. I'm young so I appreciate the care to get me back to my every day life.
