Nobody ever answers the phone and I know they’re at their desks because when I go in person they are just sitting there doing nothing. It’s never busy there either so I’m not sure what the staffs excuse is for never answering the phone. Must be nice to get paid to do anything but the job you were hired to do.

Horrible no one ever answers the phone in the middle of the day during the week in any location !!!!

I had a great experience at LVPG Obstetrics and Gynecology – Valley Center Parkway. The office was very clean and well-organized. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Dr. Shollenberger is an excellent provider — professional, compassionate, and attentive. I felt truly cared for and comfortable during my appointment. Highly recommend this location!

You would think that lehigh valley as big as they are they would have better wheelchair at the providers office especially with legs to accommodate my 80 yr mother and Also to have automatic doors especially for those that are in wheelchairs. Just so frustrating.

The nurses are nice. But the service you get there is atrocious. I never had a problem here until I got pregnant. My ultrasound appointment left more to be desired, the OB that I was assigned to didn’t give any information or details about my pregnancy as this is my first pregnancy. I’ve been waiting for my test results to be reviewed for a week now. It’s a joke.
