I've been on hold with LVHN’s billing department for 18 minutes. There are 25 callers ahead of me. I’m calling because I received a refund check and want to understand how. I understand that delays for customer service are typical, but I have previously left a voicemail AND messaged the billing department through the MyLVHN app and have not received any response. My health insurance assigned me this office as primary care and I was pleasantly surprised given the low rating. It was easy to get an appointment. Dr. Chandini was knowledgeable and provided me great recommendations for treatment. She was kind, empathetic and listened.
I have been a patient here for several years, the staff and the providers have always been kind and professional. I'm especially thankful that the providers I see take their time to listen to me and involve my opinion in my care plans. I highly recommend this office.
I was treated horribly. Spoke with office manager and was told that this complaint will go to a review board. I don't know what happened to the doctor but all I received was a letter of apology. Since the incident I no longer go there.
