Place has gone downhill
I’ve been coming here to be serviced by the same nail tech for years. I’ve always had a positive experience with her and Judy, the previous owner. On my last visit I was greeted by a new face, I would later find out she is the new owner, she asked if I needed help, I said I was here for Armina. She asked if I wanted to pick a color, I said Armina had my color. She wasn’t thrilled by my lack of needs as I stood there waiting for Armina to finish helping her set up their new system. Worst customer service. I was coming here for over 1 year with Gloria it was great. Made an appointment today for two pedicures the white lady who answered the phone I guess she is new was not welcoming and was on her phone paid us no attention. One of the mail ppl were complaining to her about something and when I asked white let if we were going to be taken care of she still was looking at her phone and said” so did u have an appointment although we established that with the rude Asian when we came in.
