I went in specifically to work on my fear of flying, and EMDR made a huge difference. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but Luz Martinez made the whole process feel comfortable and easy to follow. I feel much more at ease now and better prepared for future flights. Really grateful for the experience.
Luz is a very caring individual who is able to impart her knowledge when it comes to going within and getting to know ourselves at a deeper level. Oftentimes in the hustle and bustle we don’t stop to analyze self behavior. She has been instrumental in getting our monthly group sessions and dance group to explore our mind and body connections.
