This has to be one of the freaking worst place ever! Horrible I called at 3:33pm to do a gel pedicure and they had me waiting 3 hours to be serviced but took other people with no appointment or anything. I felt this was so unprofessional and disrespectful. They then seated me in an empty pedicure chair for 30 minutes. I’m absolutely furious. Don’t ever go here save your time

This is our go-to nail salon! My daughter and I visit every other week and they never disappoint. Friendly staff, efficient service, and amazing prices. Highly recommend!
Extremely rushed! Seeing that this is supposed to be cat eye polish in the photos… this isn’t the correct color + there is no cat eye effect it purely looks like glitter polish.. it’s lumpy and poorly done. So much money and time wasted on having to fix these mistakes.
This is about the fourth time I’ve been to see Lena and Kevin at Lux nails on Danforth. At this point. This has been an ongoing thing where the service providers are rushing. They don’t listen to you and offer whatever they’re willing to do. They say yes to every client, but are unable to provide basic services. Telling a client that you don’t have time for her and that you would rather be doing Uber is unsettling.
