This is the worse place to even have an appointment. I scheduled an appointment @1pm for 3:45 and they didn’t even call me to get my stuff done. Instead was taking other people. I’m so tired of places like this. I even told them I had an event to go to. No sense of urgency or anything for peoples time.
The technician doing my nails is so nice! She asked about my opinions and directions on the nails, and really put her focus into the design of my nails. Safe to say, best nail salon i’ve been to, and will be returning!!
This has to be one of the freaking worst place ever! Horrible I called at 3:33pm to do a gel pedicure and they had me waiting 3 hours to be serviced but took other people with no appointment or anything. I felt this was so unprofessional and disrespectful. They then seated me in an empty pedicure chair for 30 minutes. I’m absolutely furious. Don’t ever go here save your time
