RecommendedMy son just purchased his first car from BMW of the Hudson Valley. Jasmine and Landers were both wonderful to work with and in general truly lovely people. I had to have surgery in the midst of the process making things a tad stressful for me - they took care of everything for my son and made his first purchasing experience really awesome! Thank you! Very unhappy with their salesman, Andrew. Tried buying a car they had listed online. He would not return VM or email. When I finally got him on the phone, he tried to hard sell, saying he was too busy to deal with me )after I offered within $200 of the list price). He said he may have another who also wanted to buy it. Would not give me a straight answer. Typical used car salesman. Buyer beware.
Excellent customer service. Had gotten in car accident, they fixed my X5 to perfection. Did not buy my car there, but will go to maintain my vehicle. Kind, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. What else could you need? �����
I just bought me dream car. A 2014 BMW 640i xDrive Grand Coupe. Mike was awesome and very patient. Landers was great with the financing and Amanda did a great job explaining all the gadgets. I looked around for 6 months for this car and was very pleased to be able to have found right here in Poughkeepsie. Great people. Great Team effort. Very grateful!!
Hate the fact I can't walk in there with an emergency to have my car looked at!! I doesn't make since you spend all this money on a BMW but can't walk in if you have a issue have to make a appointment and deal with that issue until the following week!
