Had to get a spare key made for my 08 X3. I went in with all my info, and had a new key the next day. Super quick service, and everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was very nice! :)

I had an issue with a vehicle purchased there. They got me in to service right away, diagnosed & repaired what turned out to be a minor thing in under a day. They provided a loaner BMW and delivered my car back to my home the day after it was repaired. Laci, (who sold me the car) was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful throughout the buying and repair process.

Always a pleasant experience at BMW of the HV's Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff whether I bring my BMW in for service or just a free car wash. Ask for Joey Burka-Dakin next time you bring your car in and you will not be disappointed! :-)
