I’ve delt with a couple cars salesmen and Laci by far was the best one I’ve had! She was funny, kind, patient (not pushy), and overall very compensating. My overall experience was 5 Stars because of her thank you for everything! So excited for my BMW X3 😊
just got some body work done there they did a real good job came out nice and clean got to go back though to get the weatherstrip adjusted some water is getting in but that's small I'll make the appointment tomorrow but I'm happy they did a good job

BMW lack good customer service and respect over here 💯 from day one I brought my car here for lights being on and they have been giving me the run around and when they had it for a while they were refusing to give me a loaner . I waited for 2 hours then they told me to come in today for a loaner & now they’re making me wait again and trying to charge me again . I reserved the loaner because I have to go to work and yet they’re playing games . I will not be coming here in the future.
This is one of the best electrified vehicle dealerships in the Hudson Valley. Work with them regularly and their service plus professionalism is like no other.
