Never use this company. Their vehicles are garbage and the website shows the cars years ago and they are now destroyed. The vehicle could not even fit the people promised so we have to take a second vehicle. When we called to complain they were unbelievably rude and actuality hung up on us. I wish I could give zero stars. Worst vehicle service I’ve ever used in my life.
I can not describe how disappointed we were with our service from this company. After being picked up with a filthy vehicle, broken car seat and not enough space in the car for our luggage and passengers, I called to cancel our return pick up to the airport. The man talked over me, tried to justify why the car was “beaten up and dirty” then hung up on me. Do not use this company, it is a skam.
