Great interaction with this dealer even though the vehicle wasn’t ultimately what I was looking for. My only small nitpick would be to avoid using the phrase, “very, very clean,” when referring to the condition of the vehicle when it isn’t.
I contacted the dealer on a Sunday and expected a reply on Monday! I was excited when Kathy called me almost immediately! She was amazing to work with. I met with her in Monday and was in informative and extremely helpful. She was not pushy at all. Because of her customer service I bought the vehicle and did not continue looking. I would highly recommend going to her!

Dealer was very helpful and patient, looking into all concerns I questioned. I just decided that the issue of the car having been in and "accident" was unsettling. Moreover, I am thinking more of getting a Mercedes (since I have owned 2 i the past), specifically an SUV.
