They sold me a car with structural damage marked as UNSAFE. The sales person Chris Brown and the finance manager Joe Debesa were even playing with my 4 year old son, and they sold me an unsafe car for my family!... I am shockes at what this people would do just for a sale. Of course they sold it as is and NEVER showed me a carfax report... When I told them that, they said literally "you didn't asked for it" ... The car is worth nothing, and they even offered me to trade it for a new car and they offered $1500, thats cinism! ... read more
Extremely rude customer service. If you're having a bad day there is no need to take it out on the person on the other side of the phone. Reid was his name I believe and he was was VERY RUDE
