One of my nails were crooked after getting my nails done and when I went back to ask for it fixed, the person doing my nails just filed it down with no regards to it still being crooked and had the nerve to ask is that fine. If still crooked means fine sure. I get the company is busy but don’t rush especially if I’m paying.

They did a great job on my french tip toes but the nail tech got acrylic all over my skin which is a health hazard for contact dermatitis and the nails did not match the inspiration photo. I would have preferred that they said up front that they couldn’t match it. the almond shape was also not the greatest

I didn’t get the name or the lady who did my pedicure yesterday. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but she seemed to have an attitude with me the whole time. She rushed my nails. I told her she was really fast. She even cut on my skin and pointed out and didn’t say anything to me. I asked her to be gentle on scrubbing my feet because I’m very ticklish and she gave me a look and looked stressed out and I even asked if everything was okay she just had a very bad attitude. Great salon! Quality work no matter who you go to—I’ve had 3 different people do my toes and they ate each time. $57 for gel pedicure with acrylic on big toes and French tip design—NOT BAD! Also, they play gooood R&B music! Highly recommend

I have just had the most gruesome ingrown toenail of my life and they managed to remove it expertly. Seriously cannot be understated
