My experience was terrible. Booked with Kristina (idreamofnails) who was almost an hour late and overly played. Didn’t tell me she was gonna be late , I had to text her on Instagram and find out. Said she was gonna be late so l said ok and tried to have grace but it went downhill from there. Then she tried to put someone else’s appointment over mine and asked if I could come back later. i waited for an hour an a half after they sat me for a pedicure with cold water sitting there, there are chips in the shaping of my nails and polish on my skin. the lady who did mine also got up and walked away maybe 10 times during the whole thing, i’m not one to normally complain but i tried to do something nice for myself and im very unhappy. edit: i also told her what was wrong with my nails and she got up and didn’t come back lol

Kiki (aka Kitty) is my girl! I found her when she was working at Golden Nail Spa in Market Square (which is across the street from my office) but she has since gone back to her former nail salon (Luxury Nails) and I drive 20 minutes across town just for her to do my nails! I will follow her to whatever salon she goes to because I have never had such great nails!
