Old polish that obviously has had so much thinner added to it that it won't even dry. Only went here out of desperation bc travel plans and other obligations made it impossible for me to get to my regular place. Had to go back later that evening to get my polish fixed and almost went postal on the guy sitting on the front row. I can totally see why they have so many negative reviews.

Sorry to heard that but thinner got nothing to do with it. If you want your nails dry quick without massing up get the gel polish!
I came in last night about 7:15. I was greeted immediately and I asked if I had enough time for a pedicure, pink & white acrylics and an eyebrow wax. I thoroughly enjoyed the VIP Pedicure which probably lasted over an hour. I didn't have any time issues like others have stated. Tom also started on my nails while I was getting a pedicure. My fingers, toes and eyebrows look great! I will be back! This has been the best nail & wax experience I've had in years.
It was the worst pedicure ever. Suppose to last 50 minutes. Lasted only 25 minutes!! Very very rushed. The nail dryer area wasn't plugged in. Took several workers to figure it out. No one understood English very well so could not communicate!!!! Wasted my money!!! Never going to this place again !!! Used to be the best nail salon in Statesboro - definitely not that anymore!!!!

As a Bussiness I'm sorry about it happen today, you came in a busy time on Friday evening with prom week. I know you try to ask many question but we answer our best answer for you. Some of our technicians didn't speak English very well to response your question. Also our dryer table always plugs in for customers to dry their nails and toes. Things could happen sometime nothing perfect all the time hope you understand and have a nice evening.
Love this nails place, clean, sanitize, have more gel colors.
