You should let the technician know right after she polish your nails. What part you didn't like so she can fix for you right away
Took my mother who could not cut her toenails due to a heart operation. SHE WAS VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED!
Lacking in customer service and common courtesy... A tech began filling the tub and immediately stopped when another patron entered the salon. She left my feet in the tub that was 1/3 full of cold water and went to service that other customer. I waited for about 15 minutes (should have left) until another came to fill the tub with warm water and turn the jets on. I felt abandoned and unimportant! The tech that finally serviced me did a great job, but I will never return to this place if I decide to visit Statesboro again!!

We have certain people that are doing nails and certain people doing toes. Not all tech are doing everything
