This dealership holds some of the biggest predators and scammers Ive seen to date. From my own experience with Luxury Motor Club, there are no observable ethics within their business and if theyre given the opportunity to ******* you on a ******** deal, THEY WILL DO IT.On June 2nd 2023, I was sold on a upside down deal knowing I was a first time car buyer. This is the worst dealership ever they don't care about the customer once they leave off the lot. I did a trade in of a GLa benz for a newere model Jeep which turned out to have problems their service department cannot fix, everyone is giving me the run around. I regret doing business with them! Stay away from them they are crooks

Do not buy a car from these crooks. They been scammed me. Im at least $15k upside down on the car. Bought the vehicle last year. This place should get shut down asap.

The worse company ever to deal with! Sold me a car without any explanation on my monthly payments clearly and my total vehicle is very different. The financing price is double than what I told. They told me loan amount was $58k and now I got a car for $72,000. Are you kidding me! Would never go to them again. I try reaching out the company and no response at all from them

I got a car from this business on March 19, 2022. I came in to get a ******** **** AMG E53. It was listed for 60k and I gave the *****************************, the Finance manager 18k down payment. ******* recorded the transaction of me giving him the money on video. They pocketed the money and processed the car loan with ally bank as if we didnt give them anything. ********* reached out 45 days later with the welcome packet and everything. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! There were many red flags in the beginning but I ignored them because they had the vehicle I really wanted. I went to an out of town wedding and explained to ****** that I would fly to ** after wedding and complete the vehicle purchase on Tuesday morning then drive the car back to NC. ****** called me on Sunday a day after the wedding told me that the vehicle that I wanted was sold on Saturday while he was out sick. Was sold an extended warranty for a vehicle in January 2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances, had to sell the car after 7 months. Spoke to warranty company who informed me cancellation of policies needed to come from dealership. When I reached out to Luxury Motor Club, I was told they dont issue cancellations because thats how they make their profit.
