Nasty. Needles in the back parking lot from people shooting up. Cigarette butts and rotted ceiling tiles everywhere. My car got stolen when I was visiting. I had to walk several miles to retrieve it across town after the thief got arrested for lewd and indecent exposure and possibly for prostitution.
