Fewer clients, more personal attention. With over 35 years of experience in being luxury auto repair specialists, it is our mission to always deliver exceptional service and repair with honesty and a fair price.

Highly recommend !!! I had beyond horrible customer service at Walsher Mercedes service dept and was so upset! Luxury Import made me feel welcomed and they truly cared about my car and me! Plus they saved me $400 !!! I cant rave enough about them!!! keep your money local with local good guys!!!!

First two visits when well. Then I get the estimate/bill. Dana, the owner, reduced the bill to reflect the actual cost of repair vs the book pricing after some conversation. Definitely quality work.
I called Mercedes-benz to get the typical oil change or in this case service A, they quoted me $540 which I knew when I bought a Mercedes the maintenance would be at a higher cost but that quote was outrageous for a basic oil change with tire rotation. Anyways, I am so very happy I gave Import Specialists a call they made it so much more affordable at the 1/4 of the price. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!
Saved me lots of money and were very honest and replaced only what needed to be replaced, got me in and out very satisfied and will be the only place I take my vehicles from now on
If you go to any other shop in wichita you'll pay twice as much and miss having the best techs work on your vehicle.
The staff here were able to get my car in and diagnose the problem efficiently and effectively. They were very professional and explained every step of the process to me and made sure that I had an understanding of what was being done. They are reasonably priced very affordable. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
