We will never be staying with Luxury Breaks South West again. We booked the Rooftop Retreat for a wedding on the 13th of November and had multiple issues from the moment we arrived. First, we were shocked to find hidden cameras on the roof facing the outdoor setting, which felt like a major invasion of privacy. We spent a week at Jake's Place and it is the perfect base for exploring the south west. Modern house, new appliances, aircon/heat works a treat, comfy beds and furniture. If I had to pick on anything the showers are tiny for a modern house. Kids loved it. Service was great, when I had a noob question about the gas system was sorted no worries.
We rented Wanui by the Bay. What I a magnificent location spoilt by the actual property and the property management. Attached is the photo of the modem. No wifi for four days and the response from the PM - it’s Dunsborough in peak season! Like I haven’t holidayed here before. Air con that doesn’t work, burners on cooktops that don’t work, power points that do not work. I will never rent another property managed by this company. No wifi in this day and age is a joke. We stayed at The Beach Club in Marybrook. The whole process couldn't have been easier by the friendly team and everyone was so polite and efficient. Will definitely book with these guys again.
Will never stay with Luxury Breaks again! We stayed in Heavenly Horizons, Turner Street Dunsborough. While this is a nice property, it has very little air conditioning. The main bedroom up stairs got so hot that it was unbearable and impossible to sleep in. We ended up moving the mattress into the lounge where the one and only air conditioner unit is situated.
