🚨 Scam Alert – $900 Gone and No Response from the Owner! If I could give zero stars, I would. This business needs to be shut down immediately. I paid $900 for what was supposed to be premium human hair extensions, professional color, and a Brazilian blowout, but what I received was an absolute nightmare. I spend $390 for this!!!!!! If you want quality, DONT GO HERE!!!! I had black dyed hair and going in I knew I wasn’t gonna get too bright. The moment I walk in a lady asks what I’m there for. Letting her know I’m wanting to bleach her and I show her pics as inspo. She starts laughing loud saying that’s impossible. I then showed her a buffet pic with darker tone. Let's start off by saying I had the worst experience with this shop. The owner is a scam artist. I paid 800 dollars for Brazilian links. I noticed the hair was tangled really bad. I contacted the owner regarding this matter she instructed me to put oil on the hair. I sent photos to her phone asking her to resolve the issue. She left my text messages on read and stopped responding to me all together. Very poor customer service and a true rip off... Please don't go here if you want quality service.
