I understand some stuff is out of your control. But half the restaurants are closed. The ones open are an hour wait. They claim in room dining is available, the welcome channel gives an extension to call which says its closed. Called the front desk and were told we had to go to the restaurant and order food to go. Went to the restaurant and you have to put your name on the list for a table, wait to be called then order your food to go to take to your room. That is hardly "In room dining".
