When we got to our room the safe was locked. It took an hour for someone to come unlock it. There was no hot water at all this morning. When I called to the front desk I held for 6 minutes and no one answered. The bathroom lighting is dim and unappealing. Everything in the room looked very worn.
RecommendedSuch a blast at Luxor!! First time in Vegas did not disappoint.

Access to the Rooms without having to Walk a mile to and from anywhere around the Hotel. And as far as the Gambling goes no one can Win because the machines are Fixed!! Sad Business on your Part. 😑😑😑😑
RecommendedService is great considering the pandemic. The ladies at poolside taking orders right now are hands down amazing. They are short handed right now and are doing the best that they can. They are amazing. Again my experience is awesome

RecommendedGreat, staff and stay were superb! But please get thicker comforters ! It’s too cold in the rooms with thin sheets for comforters.
RecommendedAmazing showers, and very clean rooms. Should be more enjoyable once COVID is gone since there were no fridges or microwaves and the pool had restricted hours. Would love to stay here again.
