About this business

A sleek, glass-cloaked replica of Egypt's iconic pyramid, Luxor is an exuberant hotel studded on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip. Established in 1993, this hotel is fronted by a giant, rather elegant sphinx. A locus of all things luxury and entertainment, Luxor is home to a sprawling and teeming casino, clubs, a spa, and other high-ended facilities. The pyramid reaches 350 feet into the air, the equivalent of 36 stories. It is one of the world's largest atrium and a crown jewel of Las Vegas. This luxury resort nestle... read more

Reserved a room at the Luxor online, as I had done several times previously. This time, however, we got there after 11pm and they told us they cancelled our room and gave it to someone else because they ran out of rooms. I asked why and they said I hadn't paid the deposit. I explained to them that the website clearly explains you aren't charged until you check in. They said IT WAS MY FAULT that the deposit wasn't paid because I didn't call some number to have them charge my card or something. They couldn't really explain it,... read more

Nice little shop by the pool Ok the pool store is kinda small but has all the poolside necessities you can think of! The swimsuits are a little pricey but if you're in a bind and need something, they've got it! And of course they have poolside souvenirs!

Luxor is Nice, Just Not the Steakhouse The Luxor is awesome and a great place to stay and visit, but the steakhouse needs a little work. The steaks were tough and a little cold also and had to be sent back to be recooked, and the service was a disaster. Something as simple as the drink orders were wrong, even on the refills. Plenty more places to go for a great steak.

Themed to the hotel The steakhouse is themed to the Luxor hotel and had images of Egyptian digs around the restaurant. Nice for the hotel, but don't really fit with a steakhouse. A little less pricey than some of the other hotel steakhouses, they served the things that would be expected on the menu. Steak, chicken and fish. Nice veggies. Good deserts.

Great Bang for the Buck Luxor is a very comfortable hotel that has some of the best prices for a room along the strip. I usually come to Vegas 3x a year to visit family, but don't always want to stay with them. It's much easier for me to pick a hotel that's close to everything, while still being able to see my family. I like Luxor because the rooms are very modern, and I'm in love with their fitness center at their spa. The buffet probably isn't my favorite, but that's because I like a lot of variety when I eat. Overall, it'... read more

Not bad This hotel isn't bad! We stayed in the pyramid so the room was odd... The wall/window was curved. However prices aren't bad and its located in a great place. I would stay here if the price is right when you are looking!

Awesome Sight! If you have never seen the inside of a pyramid, I suggest you at least check out once in your lifetime. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and they have a lot of things to do inside (besides gamble).
