The Maintenance Is Very Poor You Can Tell Them Something Is Wrong That's Life Threatening & They Still Don't Come I've Been Waiting On Them For Almost 3weeks Now Still No Show

This place used to be nice a long time ago. Now it has been left to rot. Out dated and dilapidated buildings that are being managed by slumlords. Some of the buildings are in such bad disrepair I am surprised nobody has been seriously injured. Do not move here your family will not be safe and management are a bunch of liers that refuse to do their jobs and need to all be fired and replaced. I like living here. quite. I havent heard or seen any trouble. no police. it's very peaceful.
This is a drug infested section 8 property. One thing for sure is the presence of police. They are there on the regular doing raids on the drug dealers. Other than that its a great place...
I’m quite confident that safety here is number 1.
We've lived here since January 2017 and love this place. The apartments are cozy, maintenance has always been wonderful. They're fast, efficient and we've never had to wait when something has come up. The office staff, especially Kate and Amy have always been great to deal with. The grounds are lovely and well cared for and the whole complex has a family neighborhood feel to it along with a gorgeous vintage look. And I particularly like that there are only four units per building.
