The wait is horrible... Why make appointments at this point.... Horrible horrible wait times, will never return will ask my insurance to change my mother to different location... Awful here
I've had dry eyes dry eyes for years diagnosed 4th step mites in my eyes. I freaked out it's an expensive procedure. I was glad they diagnosed it. I never heard of it. I like the treatment for dru eye the nurses are the best. But it's not working my vision is blurry and optometrist said I still have mites. Scary hopefully they'll help me with something to help get rid of mites. Unhappy client.
The office manager was trying to sell a service and wasn't clear. She was rude and unprofessional.
On my 1st visit, the place was nice and clean. Staff members and physicians are friendly and very informative. I did make a lot of jokes with them that day and they were all laughed. I hope I made their day better I’m absolutely referring them to my friends and relatives
