I like the old owner, the new owner had a problem with english language. For the next, I will not be back.The new owner not organize.
Love this place been a client for 6 years. I used to shop with Kenny since he's the only English speaker. But he left so now Its Jonathan very good natured kid, excellent customer service skills and has a lot of patience with my mother. You might have to wait to shop with him since the other staff only speak koren but I dont mind waiting. I take a seat and wait until it's my turn. Love the selection of glasses and they do Rx sunglasses which is a huge plus for me plus they have excellent optometrists. I only shop here for al... read more

Good options, friendly customer services. I highly recommend this shop.
Looking through the window admiring there frames, i decided to go in. Once i was in, no one greets me at all. Ok whatever... so im looking at frames and tried in a few, oh NOW i get some attention (but not good attention) of course! Now im being watched and 2 people (one male one female) are watching and standing closer now.
