Before i came here, i got my nails done somewhere else in newbury. Short story, they didnt turn out how i wanted and looked nothing like the picture. I went to Luxe nails hoping they could fix it and they did! i'm very happy with the turn out, the women who did my nails was very sweet and was making sure i liked the design. I'm so happy they were able to fix it! definitely will be coming back here for my next set, i highly recommend!
Honestly this place is very bad, the nails were uneven and my girlfriend was very upset about them; on top of having a small white dog running around which is very unsanitary because it was not a service animal and was barking at everyone walking past and jumping all over the doors; the manager didn’t fix this issue and the they rushed us out. Will never be back don’t recommend there is PLENTY of great places around
Excelente servicio. Todas las chicas son Amables, profesionales y creativas. Si eres latina te sentirás como en casa. Ofrecen diferentes servicios de Manos y pies. A un precio excelente. Es un ambiente agradable, sin duda quedaras satisfecha con el servicio. Desde que lo encontré aquí me quedé. 💕
I’ve been a client here multiple times, and unfortunately my experiences have been very inconsistent and often unpleasant. The owner’s attitude seems to depend entirely on her mood. On some days she does a good job, but on other days she rushes the service and ignores client requests. If you’re unhappy with the shape or ask for a correction, she often refuses to fix it or completely ignores you.
