I’m a regular customer and the Peabody staff is normally excellent but my last visit they placed me at a station that had the most uncomfortable chair I ever sat in. I complained to the stylist but she didn’t care so when I left I mentioned it to the manager. The manager stated they were busy but I pointed out to Amy there were 2 spaces at the regular stations the entire time I was in the salon. So that was a big fat lie and unacceptable service. I will not go back to this location and will tell my friends.

The Luxebar crew always does a wonderful job. They are consistent, friendly, and the place is immaculate!
My nail technician was amazing. My nails came out great — and everything was super clean. She even helped me pick out some retail makeup after my service. The customer service is always great from start to finish.
Peabody location they are friendly, salon is spotless clean & they do a great job too they don’t rush you out !
First Time back since the pandemic thank you for making me feel whole again it's the little things that we do for ourselves
