I walked into this salon briefly to ask a simple question and was faced with extreme disrespect and rudeness from a staff member named Mark who I believe may be the owner. The interaction was not even a minute long but left me with a distaste in my mouth for this salon.
Loooove Luxeappeal! I used to do my own hair for YEARS after bad salon experiences but a few years ago I decided years ago that I finally wanted to try trusting someone to do my hair, and I've been trusting Luxeappeal ever since I have previously seen Mark for my colour but gone natural, so he's still the friendly face who always says hello!! Meanwhile Laura is MY GIRL for my cut She always makes my hair look great and it feels like just hanging out with a friend
Michelle has outdone herself again! She’s so skilled!!! I cannot imagine a better hair dresser! Great experience with Michelle! Gave me exactly what I wanted: planning to grow my hair out but ends are too damaged- she did so well layering, blending and product recommendations. Definitely will be a returning customer! Great experience with Sam, both times for hair cut. She really takes her time to listen to you, provide options, and pays close attention to detail. Overall good vibes from the salon and her colleagues.
I went in today to dramatically change My hair. Mission accomplished I'm glad I have the day off today cuz all I want to do is look at my hair. Thank you so much Dani!!
Laura did an amazing job on my hair and spent so much time to make sure everything was done correctly and it looked amazing!
