Nick did my pedicure and he was super nice and professional. I will definitely be back to lux nails.
I've been going to Luxe for two years now, and I've loved my nails sometimes and then other times you can tell who did them didn't have much experience and they are all janky. However, the last time I got them done there for valentines two of the nails fell off and revealed bacteria growing. The two nails had green spots and I had to treat them with my dermatologist and prescription. This was my first time back to luxe in a good few years and I won’t be back. My pedicure was good but my nails are awful. They didn’t push my cuticles back so it already looks like I need a fill in and it’s only been a week. Usually I can get my nails to last for a good 4-6 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend luxe to anyone.
The people here are very friendly and very service oriented and they do an excellent job on nails
I used to go to Luxe Nail Spa all the time, but over the years I noticed the quality declining. Recently, my husband gave me a gift card to Luxe, and unfortunately, this visit confirmed that I will not be returning. I was greeted pleasantly when I walked in, but the man who did my nails was rude, rough, and didn’t follow my inspiration photo at all.
