I got a regular manicure and, within a day, one of my nails chipped. I know regular polish is more susceptible to chipping, but even with daily life, the manicures I do at home tend to last longer than a week. I went back to ask if they do touch-ups and unfortunately their policy only applies to gel---understandable, but still disappointing considering how soon it chipped. The amount I paid was disproportionate to the quality of the manicure.
Horrible. They don’t clean their tools properly (I legit just saw him take out rusty tools and spray it once with alcohol) and my nails completely chipped THE DAY I GOT THEM. I have gotten many regular manicures before. They at least last a day or two before chipping. My nails were completely chipped. I went back with my own polish and asked them to give me new polish out of courtesy considering their polish is obviously expired (my nails had brown cracks on them). She refused. Overpriced and nails did not come out like I wanted
My girl did her thing, I love how welcoming they all is, this is by far the best nail salon and will only be the nail salon I support
Horrible I came here months ago my bail tech moved when I first walked in customer Dr was terrible my nails were rushed see through didn’t clean my nails nothing, I asked for acrylic they gave me gel x rushed my nails just for money because it was slow got smart with me
