I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Luxe Jewellery was truly disappointing. I walked in at 5 PM—an hour before closing—and was immediately made to feel unwelcome. The store owner was not just disinterested, but outright rude and dismissive, acting as if I was inconveniencing him by simply stepping in.
