My first time using them and I had a good experience. I dropped off a borrowed dress for dry cleaning. The brooch did end up getting broken. However, when I brought it to their attention, the owner was nothing but gracious and kind and offered to replace it right then and there. They gave me a variety of brooches to choose from for replacement. They also replaced it on the dress in like 5 minutes! Based on their customer service alone, I highly recommend them! Thanks so much for your kindness and great service.

Highly recommend for pant/jean alterations for men, i'm sure the other services are great. I receive altered pants back quickly and FULLY hemmed unlike a business in the edgewater mall that enjoys cutting corners. Thank you Luxe for doing things right!

Luxe Cleaners is truly the Gold Standard in their industry. Their alterations and dry cleaning services are unmatched by area competition. They are so good that when they relocated to the other side of the Peninsula we their customers followed them. Area customers in their new location welcomed them with open arms. When I pick up my clothes it seems like I see another smiling soon to be Bride receiving first rate service from their staff.
