Absolutely love living at the Luxe at 1300! Moved here a little more than two years ago and have not regretted it for one moment! Very peaceful and beautiful setting; and friendly, attentive staff members are a big plus. The only thing better than renting here would be if I could buy! Love, love, love the Luxe!

We have been here a month and this place is great and the best kept secret in Waco. We have the best activity director "Bobbie" and everyone has make us feel right at home!!! The residents really care and look out for each other!!! Lots of Christians praying for each other. Come check it out!!!
I enjoy living here tremendously. I love all the amenities Luxe has to offer. I feel I am residing at a resort. Friends are easily made here. I enjoy the fellowship, potluck, movies, pool and other activities. And if I need peace and quiet to meditate, I can have that also. I will be here for 3 years on December 30. Planning on staying as long as quality remains upscale.
