Luxe posted a sign in all elevators saying that if they are not kept clean, that the management would shut down all elevators. I am a person with special needs and live on the third floor. If they make good on this ridiculous threat, I would be either trapped inside my apartment or trapped outside, with no way to get to my residence.

I lived here for a year lease and was so sad to move. The community is awesome and quiet. I only had to move due to the cost of living. My only downfall is no amenities are included and it is pricey on a single budget. They have an awesome movie room. The infinity pool is wonderful. It is a great community for all ages. If I could have afforded this place on my own, I would have definitely stayed!

Am I being discriminated against at Luxe because of my Age? Race? Personality? I’m not sure... I really REGRET the day I singed with Luxe. Had I known it would be this much headache, I would have moved my family into a place where we feel appreciated and accepted. I’ve held off writing this review because I am super non-confrontational.
